Your Therapist
Your therapist will be Rachel Weeks. She is a HCPC registered chartered physiotherapist, graduating from Bradford University School of Physiotherapy in 2000. Since qualifying she has added to her qualifications by studying the Maitland concept of manual therapy becoming a clinical musculoskeletal specialist. She has over 20 years’ experience working in the NHS and 10 years in private practice.
To offer an integrated medicine approach Rachel has also qualified in Reiki and energy healing, with five years’ experience, for a more holistic approach to healing.
Physiotherapy
Hands on therapist with decades of experience working for the NHS. The treatment aims to reduce pain, increase range of movement and restore muscular and joint function. Patients are continually assessed during treatment and normally given simple exercises to do at home. Treatments may also include Trigger Point therapy and or Acupuncture if these are applicable to your problems
Reiki
Reiki is an "alternative medicine that some patients find helpful. Reiki originates from Japan and is a non-touch form of energy healing where the practitioner uses their hands to relax the patient thereby relieving any symptoms.
